Welcome to the first edition of The Hooter! We are a student led newspaper with the intention of providing a platform for a diverse range of voices and perspectives. In this edition you will find stories proposed to us by students of South College as well as event reviews and testimonies about what Southies have been up to. The Hooter was created with the intention of giving South students an outlet to write articles about things they are interested in, and provide a way of gaining experience in journalism. Thank you for all the interest shown and contributions to this first edition, and we hope you stick with us as we continue to grow.
